WAN chases FU. FU is determined to leave. During the opening day of TAK's factory, SHAN and WAN arrive. They negotiate with TAK. DOR does not say a word. SHAN is being cheated and incurs him great loss. SHAN's pier business is very bad. The workers work for TAK instead. The business of FONG LUNG HO, TAK’s company, is booming. SZE admires TAK. She is very jealous with TAK and FA who are so intimate. The first cloth has been completed at TAK’s factory. They celebrate. Someone has framed PAUL up. They think that PAUL had raped Aunt TUNG. SHAN takes revenge. There is a fire at TAK's warehouse in confusion. DOR accuses SHAN wrongfully and claims that he had set the fire. SHAN and WAN escape away.
